Affiliate Program Terms
Version 2026-10-09. These terms cover the Instafreshener affiliate program run by Instafreshener LLC ("we", "us"). By applying, you ("you", the affiliate) agree to them.
1. Joining
- Apply at affiliates.instafreshener.com/apply. We review every application and may approve or decline any of them.
- Once approved you get a discount code, a share link (www.instafreshener.com/r/YOURCODE) and a private earnings dashboard. The dashboard link is your key: keep it to yourself.
- You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Instafreshener.
2. What your customers get
Your code gives a new customer 10% off their order, once per customer. One discount code applies per order.
3. What you earn
- 25% of the product amount on retail orders you refer, and 10% on bulk orders (bulk, wholesale, promotional or custom-quantity products, or 50+ of one item).
- The product amount is what the customer paid for products after discounts. Shipping, tax and shipping protection don't earn commission.
- An order is yours when it uses your code, or when the customer arrived through your share link.
- Lifetime reorders: once a customer orders through you, they're linked to you. When they come back and reorder, even without a code, you earn the same rate. If they later order with a different affiliate's code, they move to that affiliate.
- Commissions are reduced or reversed when an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back.
4. Payouts
- New commissions show on your dashboard as "pending review". We review them, then queue them for payout.
- We pay by PayPal to the email on your dashboard once your approved balance reaches $15. Smaller balances roll over until they do; they're never lost while you're in the program.
- You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information (like a W-9) before paying.
5. Playing fair
- Be honest about the products and say that you earn a commission (for example #ad or "affiliate link"), as the FTC requires.
- Don't spam, don't pretend to be Instafreshener, and don't use our name in a way that could confuse people about who you are.
- We don't pay commission on fraudulent orders, orders you place for yourself to earn commission, or anything that games the program. We may hold or reverse those commissions and remove the affiliate.
6. Changes and leaving
- We may update these terms or the commission rates. We'll tell you by email before a change affects what you earn, and commissions already approved are paid under the terms they were earned under.
- You can leave any time by emailing us. We can end your participation too; approved balances of $15 or more are still paid out.
